Precision EGO thermostats (50°C–190°C) maintain consistent temperatures for reliable cooking results. Built from premium stainless steel, the compact countertop design (690mm W x 550mm D) fits tight kitchen spaces without compromising durability. Heavy-duty drain taps and removable hinged heads with safety cut-outs streamline daily maintenance and deep cleaning.
