At Reduced Catering, we aim to make receiving your order as quick and straightforward as possible. We offer FREE standard delivery, an affordable Next Working Day Delivery upgrade, and collection from our UK warehouse.
FREE Standard UK Delivery – 2–3 Working Days
We offer FREE standard delivery on all orders to eligible UK mainland addresses.
Orders are normally delivered within 2–3 working days from dispatch.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation so you know your order is on its way.
Next Working Day Delivery – £9.99
Need your order sooner? Upgrade your entire order to Next Working Day Delivery for just £9.99.
To qualify for next working day delivery, your order must be placed before 2:30pm on a working day.
Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Please note that next working day delivery is subject to stock availability and your delivery location.
Same Day / Next Day Collection
Prefer to collect your order? We offer FREE collection from our Coalville warehouse.
Depending on stock availability, you can usually:
- Collect the same day you order
- Collect the following working day
- Place your order in advance and arrange a convenient collection time
If you would prefer to pay when you arrive, you are also welcome to visit our premises, pay for your items and collect them directly from us.

Prefer Delivery?
If you visit us or purchase an item directly from our premises but don't want to take it away with you, we can also arrange for your item to be delivered to your address.
Our team will be happy to discuss the available delivery options with you.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and are based on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
While we work hard to ensure orders arrive within the stated timeframe, courier delays can occasionally occur outside of our control.
