We know the challenges facing the hospitality industry, one of which is the cost of energy, food cost, and of course labour costs which is why all our ovens are manufactured to reduce these costs. We achieve these cost savings by:

• Unlike many ovens available, we minimise the power consumption by providing the highest possible level of insulation to the oven cavity, which have 2 layers of insulation. The doors are all double skinned anti shatter toughened glass that minimises heat loss.
• The oven fan(s) and elements have a unique design that maximises air flow with highly efficient elements. The gentle, but powerful, air flow maximises food yield by reducing shrinkage and keeping food moist.
• All have 90-minute timers reducing the time spent by the operators having to check the cooking progression.
• Variable cooking temperatures of between 50 and 250 degrees Celsius making the units suitable for cook and hold functions.
• Catering grade stainless steel for speedy cleaning and hygiene
•  Interior oven light that can remain lit whilst cooking.
